ATG program from knee over toe guy.

I've been weight training for decades, lucky never experienced joint injuries but definitely experienced knee pains from weights, basketball training and playing.

Seeing other players wrapping their knees, taking pain pills and other types of remedies. All in trying to obtain better performance.

This lead me to discovering the ATG program which has shown great results even in the 3 years its been created into a structured program.

The program aims to help bulletproof your knees, reduce pain and increase range of movement. Most of all allow you to enjoy your sport for the longevity of your life.

I'll be using the program for 12 weeks and recording my results, regarding training duration, extension increase, height increase, and pain relief.
